Familiar places. Brighter days.
Memory+ Home Care exists for one reason: to help people living with dementia stay in the homes they love, and to give their families back their peace of mind.
A long history of caring. A deeper focus on memory.
The home care story behind our wider network began with Wayne and Andrea Nathanson caring for Wayne’s father, Nardy, who was living with ALS. Coordinating his support involved more than 40 care professionals. Andrea’s nursing experience helped them navigate the complexity and showed them how much other families needed someone to bring the pieces together.
That experience grew into more than two decades of home care history. Memory+ draws on those roots with a focused purpose: more good days at home for Denver-area families living with memory loss.
What guides every visit
Dignity first
We meet people where they are, never correct or rush, and protect independence wherever we can.
Home is the medicine
Familiar rooms, routines and faces reduce confusion. Our job is to make staying home possible.
Families are part of the team
You get visit notes, a direct line to your care advisor and a voice in every change to the plan.
Trained, trusted, accountable
We discuss caregiver experience, training, supervision and the specific support in your care plan before visits begin.
Same home. More good days. Your peace of mind.
Dementia-trained caregivers
Specialized training in communication, redirection and dignity-first care, not just general home care.
Personalized care plans
Built around your loved one’s history, preferences and daily rhythms, and updated as needs change.
Consistent, familiar faces
We keep the same small team with your loved one, because familiarity matters even more with memory loss.
Clear expectations
Talk through caregiver qualifications, supervision, communication and scheduling before care begins.
